Michael was warm and greeted me right at my door! The service didn’t take long at all as there was only 1 car in front of me. I would recommend Mr. Shine to anybody who doesn’t feel like detailing their own car, they are wonderful and I always travel to this place from Avondale!

A very nice and modern car wash with both automatic tunnel wash and an upgraded hand wash, dry and vacuum. The staff were professional and friendly and the facilities are impressive.

Beware when using Mr. Shine Car Wash! I recently purchased a new Tesla Model Y and wanted to maintain it carefully and keep it clean by using the car wash at Lake Pleasant. On April 22, I took the vehicle there for a wash. Everything appeared fine until I began hand-drying the car and discovered a significant scratch and scuff mark located on the right side below the headlight in the middle. I was accompanied by a family member, who immediately went inside and informed the facility manager. The manager responded promptly, documented the incident, and took photographs of the damage. He advised me that the owner would review the surveillance footage and contact me afterward. A few days later, the manager called and asked to meet. During the meeting, the entire footage shown to us contained only three images, and one of those images, the vehicle appeared undamaged before entering the wash. However, I was then told that the scratch must have existed prior to the wash and that the tunnel brushes removed paint from an area that had supposedly been freshly repainted. I recently had surgery and was unable to wash my truck - I decide to go to Mr Shine Car Wash and get my truck washed and have the staff detail the interior o the belt system they have. Biggest Mistake Ever - The young employees were observed horsing around and not paying attention to my truck as it travel down the belt - they left my drivers side door wide open which ended up making contact with a stainless steel tub off to the side which left me a 6 inch deep scratch thru the clear coat and down to the paint in part of the scratch. A Car Wash Tech who obviously saw the damage occur came right up to me and apologized as well as stated that the car wash would fix the damage- He filled out a claim form and Advised a manger would be in contact w me - A manager never contacted me and only after a few emails , Kevin , a manager finally responded and advised that they were looking in to it. After several emails, a few days later , Kevin responded again that the claim was with the right department and I would be contacted - well , it’s been a week and several emails and no one has contacted me about the incident and or the repair of my truck I have been very patient regarding this incide

Had a terrible experience here over the weekend. I Have a brand new truck my first brand new truck ever. I asked for a brushless wash which I did not get. Frustrated I dried the car off quickly and took it home where noticed tons of scratches all over the vehicle. Took it back and the first manager acknowledged the scratches apologized and told me to run back through and he’ll do it brushless and then they’ll try to get the scratches out and if they don’t they’ll offer me a paint correction detail. So they sent me back through the car wash and the manager was there and he sent me back through where I received another non-brushless car wash. I Talk to another manager and this one told me it wasn’t his car wash and there is no way it could be his car wash cause his brushes on go up and not down? I filed a claim and it’s been 48 hours and I have not heard from anyone. If you have an expensive car do not wash it here. Hopefully they call me back and fix this error at which point I’ll happily adjust my review.
